Year One had a great excursion to the Batemans Bay Museum, Library and the Corrigans Beach park as part of our History unit, Past and Present Family Life. The students were immersed in local history at the museum, discovering what it was like to live in Batemans Bay a long time ago. We appreciated the efforts of the volunteers who shared their amazing wealth of knowledge with us.
Thank you to the Batemans Bay Library for reading to us and showing us all of the things the library has to offer. Lunch followed at the Corrigans Beach park and some time playing in the sun. What a day!
